Meaghan Rysdale, the visionary of Hoosier Academic Coaching, has created a unique pathway that serves as a guiding light for students embarking on the transformative journey of college exploration. Through personalized 1:1 guidance, our mission is to provide comprehensive and knowledgeable mentorship through the entire process - ensuring a meaningful and impactful journey for students and their families. 

How We Do It 

 

We take a holistic approach utilizing personalized surveys and systematic data-driven frameworks to assist with future career assessments, college lists, scholarship searches, and college applications. Students meet with Meaghan on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are being met through each stage until applications are completed.

This stage encompasses the overall process of applying to college programs. Students need full mentorship to ensure they are doing everything they can to enhance their chances at competitive programs and ensuring a "good fit." Through this process they will discover how to manage their time successfully and alleviate some anxiety having someone through the process ensuring they are on track.

Process Overview

1. Parent & Student inquire to set up a consultation

2. Consultation Interview with Parent & Student to establish fit.

3. Parent completes service agreement & payment.

4. Parent & Student complete comprehensive survey form individually.

5. On-Boarding Meeting with Parent & Student to interpret survey results and allocate meeting sessions. 

6. Student proceeds with 1:1 meetings accordingly with Meaghan, in 30 minute or 60 minute increments. 

7. Monthly 15-minute phone check-ins with parents.

8. The student's academic path to success has begun!
